We fix what's broken, fast, and we don't disappear after the invoice. Priority scheduling available across Bentonville and the surrounding zip codes.
Our Bentonville dispatcher asks a few quick questions to gauge urgency and get you the fastest available window.
You'll get a flat-rate quote before any repair work begins — no guessing what the final bill will look like.
If anything feels off after we leave, a follow-up call gets a technician back out to make it right.
Leonard HVAC didn't start as a franchise chasing volume. Every technician we send to your door is background-checked, factory-trained, and licensed to work on the systems installed throughout Bentonville, VA.
You won't find us buried under layers of call-center scripts — we're the team that shows up in the truck, not a subcontractor we've never met. Licensing and insurance aren't optional line items for us, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, routine or emergency.
Being local matters more than most companies let on. That local knowledge shapes the maintenance schedules we recommend — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We'd rather lose a job to a lower bid than win one by cutting corners on the diagnosis, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Bentonville is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
When you call +1-866-805-8548, you're talking to someone who understands the local permitting process, the common equipment brands installed in Bentonville homes, and realistic scheduling given local demand. Our warranty and service history records stay attached to your address, so any future technician who visits already has the full picture.
We cover the full range of heating, cooling, and air quality work Bentonville properties actually need.
Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient time, which is exactly why our emergency line runs 24 hours a day. Our Bentonville dispatch team prioritizes no-heat and no-cooling calls so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
If a specialty part genuinely does need to be ordered, we'll set up a safe temporary fix and give you a real timeline instead of leaving you guessing.
An aging system that's constantly breaking down usually costs more to keep patching than to replace. We walk Bentonville homeowners through financing and rebate options where available before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
Every install ends with a performance test, confirming airflow, temperature split, and refrigerant charge are all where they should be before we consider the job finished.
A retail floor, a restaurant kitchen, or an office suite can't run without stable climate control. Our commercial division services rooftop units and package systems across Bentonville, with service agreements built around your operating hours.
Our commercial techs are trained to work around your customers and staff, scheduling noisy or disruptive work outside peak hours whenever possible.
Preventive maintenance is the cheapest repair you'll ever pay for, because it's the one that prevents the bigger bill. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle indoor air quality upgrades for homes with allergy or asthma concerns for Bentonville households that want more than just temperature control.
A tune-up typically takes under an hour and covers the checkpoints most likely to catch a problem before it becomes a breakdown.
Guarantees only mean something if a company actually honors them, so here's exactly what ours covers.
Every repair comes with a workmanship warranty explained in plain terms before we leave.
If a competitor's written quote for the same scope of work is genuinely lower, ask us about it.
Our office follows up after major repairs and installs to confirm everything is holding.
Catching these signs early usually means a same-day repair instead of an emergency call at the worst possible moment.
A healthy system runs with a consistent, low hum — banging, screeching, or grinding usually points to a loose part or failing motor.
If some rooms stay hot or cold no matter what the thermostat says, the system may be struggling to distribute air evenly.
A tune-up often identifies exactly what's driving the extra energy use.
A system that won't hold a steady cycle is often fighting a sizing issue, a thermostat problem, or a refrigerant imbalance.
A burning smell should never be ignored — it can indicate an electrical issue that needs immediate attention.
We'll always tell you honestly when a repair is the better call versus when it isn't.
We explain diagnostic fees and repair estimates before authorizing work.
Emergency calls get moved to the front of the line automatically.
If something isn't right after we leave, we come back and make it right.
We run background checks because you're letting someone into your home.
Photos and plain-language notes accompany every diagnostic.
We'll walk you through what's actually available before you decide.
A snapshot of the feedback that keeps us accountable.
"Our AC quit on the hottest weekend of the year and they had a tech out within a couple of hours. No pressure to buy a whole new system when a repair was all we needed."
"Scheduled a fall tune-up and they caught a cracked part before it became a real problem. Techs are always polite, always on time, and clean up after themselves."
"Explained the sizing calculation so I understood why they weren't just installing the same unit again. New system is noticeably quieter and our energy bill actually dropped."
"Our restaurant's rooftop unit went down on a Friday night and they had someone out fast. Documentation for our records was thorough and easy to file."
"Got quotes from four different companies for a replacement and this was the only one that actually walked me through the load calculation. Installation crew was in and out in a day and left the space cleaner than they found it."
"The tech walked me through what he was checking as he went, which I really appreciated. No overnight surcharge shock — the price matched what dispatch quoted me on the phone."
After thousands of service calls across Bentonville, a handful of causes show up again and again.
The shift between peak heating and peak cooling demand is exactly when older or neglected equipment tends to fail. Before the heaviest cooling months hit, it's worth having the refrigerant charge checked, the condenser coils cleaned, and the filter replaced — all of which directly affect how hard the compressor has to work.
Keeping vents unblocked by furniture and rugs helps maintain even airflow throughout the home. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
Whether your Bentonville home has a traditional split system, a ductless mini-split, a heat pump, or a hybrid dual-fuel setup, our crews are equipped to diagnose and repair it. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
